Journday is operated by the Journday Team ("we", "us", "our"). The product is currently in a pre-launch phase; full service terms governing the application will be published prior to launch.

The current website at journday.com is a pre-launch landing page whose sole function is to inform visitors about the Journday product concept and collect email addresses from users who wish to be notified at launch. No application service, account, or feature is currently available.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to submit your email address through our waitlist form, in compliance with GDPR Article 8 regarding the age of digital consent within the European Union. By submitting, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
04Waitlist Registration
By submitting your email address:
- You consent to receiving email communications from Journday regarding product launch and updates.
- You confirm the email address belongs to you and is accurate.
- You understand that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product or any specific launch date.
- You may withdraw your consent and request removal at any time by emailing app@journday.com.

All content on this website — including the name "Journday", the concept, visual design, text, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Journday Team.
